The UAE Concert Events calendar is filling up with some of the biggest music, comedy, and stage performances of the year. Fans in Abu Dhabi and Dubai can look forward to world-famous singers, award-winning performers, musicals, and cultural shows over the coming months.
Many concerts that were delayed earlier have now returned to the schedule. At the same time, new performances have been added, making this one of the busiest entertainment seasons in the country.
Music lovers will have many choices from July through early 2027. The line-up includes international pop stars, opera singers, comedians, ballet companies, and family-friendly performances.
The season begins in July with several popular artists. Assem Sukkar will perform classic Arabic cartoon songs in Dubai. Rahat Fateh Ali Khan will start his world tour with a concert in Dubai, while Egyptian singer Ramy Sabry will perform in Abu Dhabi.
August will also bring major concerts. Indian music star Sonu Nigam will celebrate more than 30 years in music with his Revolution Tour in Abu Dhabi. Kuwait’s Miami Band will also return to Dubai with many of its best-known Gulf pop songs.
September offers a mix of music, dance, and live theatre. Grammy-winning group The Dirty Dozen Brass Band will perform alongside Fanfarai in Abu Dhabi. New Zealand performers will also present a modern dance production inspired by electronic music.
One of the biggest names arriving in September is Christina Aguilera. The seven-time Grammy Award winner will return to Abu Dhabi after her successful appearance last year. Fans can also enjoy K-Pop Fever, a live production featuring music and dance inspired by famous Korean artists.
Irish pop group The Corrs will also perform in Abu Dhabi, bringing classic hits that have remained popular for many years.
October continues the busy schedule with concerts, comedy, and cultural performances. Lebanese singer Marilyne Naaman will make her Dubai Opera debut. Filipino stars TJ Monterde and KZ Tandingan will also perform in Dubai.
Comedy fans can enjoy Morgan Jay in Abu Dhabi, while world-famous soprano Sondra Radvanovsky will perform a special classical music program with pianist Vincenzo Scalera.
British pop group Blue will celebrate 25 years of success with a concert in Dubai. On the same day, comedian Russell Peters will return to Abu Dhabi with his latest stand-up show.
The entertainment calendar becomes even bigger in November. Riverdance will celebrate its 30th anniversary with performances in Abu Dhabi. American Ballet Theatre will also present a special production featuring famous works from leading choreographers.
One of the biggest attractions will be the Offlimits Music Festival. The festival will feature international stars including Shakira and the Jonas Brothers after being moved to November. Organizers expect it to become one of the largest music festivals in the UAE this year.
Music fans will also enjoy concerts by Hiba Tawaji and Ibrahim Maalouf in Dubai. Pakistani singer Atif Aslam will return for another performance after several sold-out UAE shows. Turkish pop star Tarkan will also make his Abu Dhabi debut.
Classical music lovers will have the chance to attend a special Verdi Opera Gala celebrating the famous Italian composer through a selection of his best-known works.
December will feature some of the biggest names of the entire season. Legendary Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli will perform in Abu Dhabi as part of his 30th Anniversary Romanza World Tour. His concert is expected to attract fans from across the region.
Lewis Capaldi and Zara Larsson will launch the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix after-race concert series with separate performances. Their appearance will begin four nights of entertainment linked to the Formula One race weekend.
The Arts Centre in Abu Dhabi will also host several classical performances by internationally respected musicians, including violinist Lisa Batiashvili, pianist Minsoo Sohn, and oud master Dhafer Youssef.
Dubai audiences can also enjoy the famous Broadway musical Chicago. The award-winning production will feature several performances with well-known songs including All That Jazz and Cell Block Tango.
The entertainment season will continue into 2027 with the Tamaas Festival, The Handover, and a special tribute concert celebrating the music of Lebanese composer Ziad Rahbani.
The wide range of performances highlights the UAE’s growing position as a leading entertainment destination in the Middle East. With concerts covering pop, rock, opera, comedy, jazz, ballet, and musical theatre, visitors and residents will have many opportunities to enjoy world-class live events throughout the coming months.
