The visit saw a reaffirmation of the UAE’s commitment to its strategic partnership with China, emphasizing mutual interests and supporting sustainable development in both nations. The leaders explored avenues to align their development priorities with evolving global economic trends, highlighting the growing scale of non-oil trade between the two countries, which is projected to reach approximately US$111 billion in 2025. A significant parallel event, the UAE–China Business Promotion Conference, brought together business leaders and investors to explore extensive opportunities in trade, investment, infrastructure, technology, and industrial development, reinforcing the economic backbone of this burgeoning relationship.
Beyond economic cooperation, the meeting delved into regional and international developments. The banquet hosted by Premier Li Qiang in honor of Sheikh Khaled and his delegation further underscored the deep ties and warm diplomatic relations between the UAE and China, setting a robust foundation for continued collaboration and growth.
