A new ultra luxury residential project is coming to the UAE capital as Mandarin Oriental announced a major mansion development inside the grounds of Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi.
The new Abu Dhabi luxury mansions project will include 35 standalone private homes. The development is called Emirates Palace, Mandarin Oriental Mansions, Abu Dhabi. Officials said the homes are expected to be ready for handover in 2029.
The project is owned by Emirates Palace Company and is being developed together with LEAD Development. Mandarin Oriental will manage residential services for the future homeowners.
The mansions will be built along one of Abu Dhabi’s key natural shorelines. Developers said the homes are designed to offer privacy, large outdoor areas, and open sea views. Each mansion will also include landscaped gardens and private courtyards.
The project aims to combine modern luxury with local cultural design. According to the developers, the architecture takes inspiration from Abu Dhabi’s coastal setting and rich heritage. At the same time, the homes will feature a clean and contemporary design style.
The announcement comes as demand for luxury homes in Abu Dhabi continues to grow. High-end waterfront properties have become one of the strongest parts of the UAE real estate market in recent years.
The developers said residents will receive access to several exclusive private amenities. These facilities are designed to create a hotel-style living experience inside a private residential community.
One of the main features will be a residents’ lounge that includes a Mandarin Oriental tea library. The project will also offer private meeting rooms and workspaces for residents who need quiet business areas.
Other planned facilities include a residential-style bar and a private beach club with cabanas. Families living in the development will also have access to a children’s room and entertainment spaces.
The project will include luxury lifestyle features such as a golf simulator and a chef’s table experience. Developers said these amenities are meant to provide comfort, privacy, and high-end hospitality services inside the community.
Residents will also benefit from hospitality services connected to Emirates Palace, Mandarin Oriental. This means homeowners may receive access to hotel-style support and premium services linked to the famous Abu Dhabi property.
Luxury branded residences have become increasingly popular across the Middle East. Many buyers are looking for homes connected to major hospitality brands because they often include premium services, security, and exclusive facilities.
Abu Dhabi has also seen growing international interest in luxury waterfront developments. Investors continue to target the city because of its modern infrastructure, strong tourism sector, and stable property market.
The new Abu Dhabi luxury mansions project adds another major development to the capital’s growing high-end real estate sector. Experts say branded homes connected to global luxury hotel groups continue to attract wealthy regional and international buyers.
The project’s location inside the grounds of Emirates Palace is expected to become one of its strongest selling points. The area is known for its beachfront setting, luxury lifestyle, and high privacy standards.
Real estate experts believe the UAE luxury housing market will continue to expand over the coming years. Large-scale projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai are attracting buyers looking for premium living spaces and long-term investment opportunities.
The developers have not yet announced pricing details for the mansions. However, the project is expected to target ultra high net worth buyers seeking exclusive homes in one of Abu Dhabi’s most prestigious locations.
Construction and development work are expected to continue over the next several years ahead of the planned 2029 handover date.
