The Unique Gallery has launched a new luxury jewellery collection in Dubai inspired by the falcon, one of the strongest symbols of Emirati and Gulf heritage.
The collection, called “The Unique Falcon of the Emirates,” was introduced as more than a fashion piece. According to the gallery, the designs reflect values linked to identity, leadership, stability, and gratitude toward the United Arab Emirates.
The new collection includes bracelets and necklaces crafted in 18-karat gold. Designers created special editions dedicated not only to the UAE but also to other Gulf countries including Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Qatar.
Each design keeps the falcon shape while using gemstones connected to the colours and identity of each nation.
The Saudi edition uses emeralds and diamonds to symbolise prosperity and heritage. The Oman edition combines rubies, emeralds, and diamonds inspired by the country’s traditional colours and culture.
The Bahrain version features rubies and diamonds representing courage and history, while the Kuwait design includes rubies, emeralds, and diamonds reflecting national unity and resilience.
The Qatar edition uses dark rubies and diamonds connected to national pride and cultural identity.
At the centre of the UAE edition are rubies, emeralds, natural diamonds, and black diamonds. The gallery said the gemstones were selected not only for beauty but also for their deeper symbolic meaning.
The colours are meant to reflect the spirit of the UAE while the stones themselves represent resilience, stability, and continuity.
Designers explained that the collection was inspired by appreciation for the UAE and its role in welcoming people from many cultures and backgrounds.
According to the gallery, the country has created opportunities and stability for residents while building a society based on progress, safety, and shared growth.
The falcon was chosen as the main symbol because it has deep importance across Gulf culture and history.
Throughout the region, falcons are associated with vision, discipline, nobility, wisdom, and strength. The bird is also linked to traditional Bedouin life and remains one of the strongest cultural symbols in the UAE.
The falcon is the national bird of the UAE and appears in the country’s national emblem. It represents courage, pride, endurance, and high ambition.
The collection’s founders, Dalila Daffara and Alberto Enrico Federico Ferrario, said the jewellery line was created from a feeling of gratitude toward the Emirates.
They explained that the falcon symbol reflects calm leadership, purpose, and responsibility. They also said these values are especially important during times of uncertainty around the world.
According to the founders, the collection aims to celebrate the UAE’s vision while honouring the wider Gulf region and its cultural traditions.
The jewellery pieces were designed to combine elegance with symbolic meaning through detailed interpretations of the falcon’s shape and movement.
Part of the profits from every piece sold will go toward charitable projects and local organisations across the region. The gallery said the goal is to support programmes that strengthen communities and create positive social impact.
Interest in falcon-inspired art and jewellery has continued growing in the Gulf region.
In late 2025, L’ÉCOLE School of Jewelry Arts hosted an online talk exploring the connection between falconry and jewellery design.
The institution explained that falconry has long represented prestige, refinement, and cultural identity across the Arabian Peninsula. Falcons were traditionally valued not only for hunting skills but also as symbols of status and companionship.
The UAE Falcon Jewellery Collection reflects that long cultural connection while combining luxury design with modern artistic expression.
Industry observers say collections inspired by regional identity continue attracting attention in the Gulf luxury market as consumers increasingly seek products connected to heritage, symbolism, and local culture.
The launch also highlights Dubai’s growing position as a centre for luxury fashion, jewellery design, and high-end artistic craftsmanship in the Middle East.
