Abu Dhabi Sovereign AI infrastructure provider Aleria has announced a major expansion of its artificial intelligence operations through new deployments in the United Arab Emirates and the United States.
The company said the initiative is being supported through partnerships with Nvidia and DDN. The expansion includes advanced computing systems designed to support government agencies, national enterprises, and operators of critical infrastructure.
Aleria confirmed that the new AI infrastructure is already operational in both countries. The deployment marks one of the largest sovereign AI investments announced by the company and reflects growing demand for secure and locally controlled artificial intelligence platforms.
As part of the expansion, Aleria plans to deploy up to 16,000 Nvidia Blackwell Ultra graphics processing units in the United States. The project will begin with 8,640 Nvidia Grace Blackwell Ultra GPUs before increasing capacity over time.
The US infrastructure will be supported by a 25-megawatt data center built to handle secure AI workloads. The facility is designed to provide high-performance computing while maintaining strong data protection and operational security standards.
In the UAE, Aleria is deploying 28 racks of Nvidia DGX Vera Rubin NVL72 systems. The company said these systems represent some of the first installations of the platform in the region.
The deployment is expected to strengthen the UAE’s position as a growing center for artificial intelligence development and advanced digital infrastructure.
