Hi-Tech Concrete Products has signed a new agreement with Abu Dhabi International Pre-Cast Plant to manage and operate major precast production facilities in Al Ain.
The partnership aims to strengthen support for large infrastructure and construction projects across the United Arab Emirates.
Hi-Tech Concrete Products is a subsidiary of Trojan Construction Holding. The agreement was signed during the Abu Dhabi Infrastructure Summit.
The signing ceremony included Eng. Samir Koblawi, CEO of Hi-Tech Concrete Products, and Hamad Al Shamsi from Abu Dhabi International Pre-Cast Plant. Eng. Ahmed Al Shamsi, Group CEO of Trojan Construction Holding, also attended the event.
Under the agreement, Hi-Tech Concrete Products will take full operational control of ADIP’s precast production facilities located in Al Ain.
The facilities include several production plants spread across an area of around 179,878 square meters.
The company will oversee daily operations, improve production systems, and manage future projects connected to the facilities.
The partnership is expected to increase efficiency, improve output, and support long-term growth in the UAE construction sector.
Precast concrete products are widely used in infrastructure, housing, bridges, industrial buildings, and commercial developments because they help reduce construction time and improve quality control.
The agreement comes as the UAE continues to invest heavily in infrastructure and urban development projects across the country.
Speaking after the signing, Eng. Samir Koblawi said the deal is an important step for expanding the company’s role in the precast construction industry.
He explained that Hi-Tech Concrete Products plans to use its technical experience and operational expertise to improve productivity and meet the growing demand for high-quality precast solutions in the UAE.
Koblawi also said the partnership supports the company’s larger goal of building a stronger and more integrated construction ecosystem.
Hamad Al Shamsi welcomed the agreement and said the partnership would help unlock the full potential of the Al Ain facilities.
He added that working with Hi-Tech Concrete Products would improve operational performance and strengthen the plant’s ability to serve the changing needs of the UAE construction and infrastructure market.
Industry experts say partnerships like this are becoming more important as construction companies focus on faster project delivery, cost efficiency, and sustainable building methods.
Modern precast production systems can improve consistency, reduce waste, and support large-scale developments more effectively than traditional methods.
The UAE construction market continues to grow due to major government investments in transport, housing, industrial zones, tourism projects, and renewable energy infrastructure.
Companies involved in construction materials and manufacturing are expanding their operations to meet increasing demand from both public and private sector projects.
The Al Ain facilities are expected to play an important role in supporting future infrastructure projects across the UAE.
The agreement also reflects a wider push to strengthen local industrial capabilities and increase advanced manufacturing operations inside the country.
Both companies said the partnership will focus on operational excellence, resource optimisation, and long-term value creation.
The move is expected to support the UAE’s broader economic goals by improving local production capacity and boosting the efficiency of the construction supply chain.
The new agreement highlights the growing importance of strategic partnerships in helping the UAE meet rising infrastructure demands while supporting industrial growth and innovation.
